Who else does London and Singapore charge for access to downtown roads?

Toronto currently charges companies $37,000 per month, compared with London, where the fee to close a 40-metre lane for 30 days is $139,000 or Singapore and Sydney, where the charges are more than $50,000." Both Singapore and London have congestion pricing for individual vehicles in addition to more aggressive pricing of lane occupancy for construction.

Damn reckless pedestrians not paying attention to left turning drivers racing into the last second of an advance at a T-intersection with good sightlines across from a metro station, school and apartments
