I'm not sure if it's in the options? I read it, but had already completed the game and never looked. They basically squeezed a phone game in NG4... why?
I always finished encounters before moving on, but you can straight up skip some fights by just using the grind/surf/glide.

I hate those sections with passion. Apparently you can skip them, but you lose chapter grades and score uploads. Platinum knew it was dumb, but needed to artificially expand the game.

I just get annoyed when devs let you manual save, but only give one save slot. At least let me have a second game save. Example, I'm on new game +/normal difficulty just for the fun OP build, but also want a second save that I can switch to that's on a harder difficulty. I don't want to lose my NG+.

I gave up on sweating my backlog long ago.
I am planning on going through my collection and refining it down to the stuff that's worth keeping and playing. Some of it is just shelf filler right now and not worth my time.

Excellent group of games in the Toaplan collection vol.2. They're the arcade versions (all variations) so it doesn't have the infamous 'Engrish' from the Euro Megadrive port.

It's amazing, even at 15 frames a second. My favorite character action game, just above DMC3.

Yeah, it was definitely designed with Nights in mind. It worked okay with a couple other games, but I used it most for the dpad, 6 face buttons, and the extra size. It felt good in hand compared to the standard flat controller style. The standard US controller wasn't as good as the Japanese in box.

I've still got 4 of the controllers. I love the d-pad, especially for fighting games. ToysRus had the Nights w/controller set for $10-15 when the Saturn was dying and I grabbed what they had left. Too bad I sold 95% of my Saturn collection, lol.
