That being said, I had a therapist say if you want change this habit, you can start by substituting in "sorry" for things like "thank you for letting me know", etc.

And I looked around and it was like AI slop, the door was a table, and the person I was talking to looked guilty

My friend and I always talk about how we feel some people are parents who really thrive with different ages. Stereotypically, a lot of people love the baby age, but that was NOT my favorite
So I never get the ache seeing a baby. But older toddlers? When they start talking at me?

Thanks to the bucket bag trend in purses right now (may it continue on forever), I have my new favorite yarn purse
The puppy can hold so many skeins and projects. I have 2/3 of a blanket in there.
