Saw The Stones a few times. The one below was in a small hockey arena holding about 4,500 people. It was from Keith avoiding jail after being caught with heroin in Toronto. Played a concert for charity (Canadian National Institute for the Blind). Keith and The New Barbarians were the opening act.

…4,500 people. Ironically, the next time I saw them was at Rich Stadium outside Buffalo that holds 80,000 people! We waited outside overnight to get the tickets. It was before the internet.

Sometimes there’s a story. The one center top was Keith Moon’s last public performance with The Who. And the only time I had front row seats. Sadly, he died after recording “Who Are You”. The bottom? Went 2 nights in a row.

I can’t imagine having something given as a gift for my birth. That is truly amazing. You must absolutely cherish him. He’s also adorable. 😀 I attached a pic of the pendant. It’s Virgo, my birth sign. They got it on holiday in Hawaii.
