Claiming Trump lacks legal authority to do what US Presidents have been doing for at least 70 years is a loser. Schiff, etc. are devastating the genuine critique of illegal actions by ICE and DHS, even taking Senator Padilla to the ground. Democrats are tragically bad at politics.

Trump should consider putting competent professionals in important positions instead of wing nuts and 2020 election deniers. Somebody tell Trump he won in 2024 and needs the brightest and the best instead of a bunch of hacks.
