It might just be the anxiety meds, but I think I'm actually probably gonna make it through this. Still need to build the strength to be there for others, but I felt the possibility of this sort of time coming all my life and I feel ready to survive it.

Had it confirmed by a psychologist that I'm in the highest severity categories they have for depression and autism. I don't disagree, but it's a hell of a week to regard pessimism, general distrust for others, feelings of powerlessness, and hopelessness as medical symptoms

Apparently my company's HR department is capable of admitting when it's wrong. It only takes threatening to sue them for the crime they're committing, plus half an hour after they dared me to do it
