I enjoy building in React but can someone explain why it takes the same number of lines to get and parse a backend call as it does to actually build the endpoint in Django?

I enjoy building in React but can someone explain why it takes the same number of lines to get and parse a backend call as it does to actually build the endpoint in Django?
Sanderson’s The Lost Metal is an incredible conclusion to Mistborn Era 2. I’ve loved these books but had wrongly assumed that they would not end with as powerful an ending as Era 1, and boy was I wrong. He again tackles moral dilemmas, self worth, and friendship in a way that continues to impress.
