Well of course, I call out trails specifically because there’s the whole Rail to Trail initiative, and trail conversions were/are popular

I’m being somewhat hyperbolic - obviously it’s not every case (i.e. The 606). But it does suck seeing a previously or potentially strong passenger corridor turned into a trail - makes it much harder to reinstate service!
