Yep, I agree! context: Jana and I are at chatterbox. Lady walks off the sidewalk sits on the patio and plays music off her phone for an hour (doesn't buy anything) meanwhile drunk dude on opposite end of patio is smashing his face into his phone and it's playing random ringtones.
