In a hotel bar in Aberdeen. American next to me asking all kinds of questions about whisky recommendations. Then says "I'll have a Jaegermeister".
Bar man asks how he wants it.
"With ice, just shake it up"
Still not entirely sure what's just happened.
Has he ever tried it? Does he think it's whisky?

One year ago today #Pompey won promotion. My favourite memory isn't Shaughnessy smashing that header in, it was after the match outside the ground. My mate tapping Paddy Lane on the shoulder and saying "Excuse me mate, that's our cab", piling in past him and then heading down to O'Neills. 😂

Still not sure why Bishop is #pompey penalty taker. They're all shite.

Hypothetically speaking could a countries leader be done for insider trading/market manipulation?
I would love to see who had sold/bought/sold shares over the last few weeks...

This is quite something. The whole place is a shambles. Not long before they start using Twitter DMs
American war planning usually takes place in highly secure facilities. But the Trump administration planned its strikes on the Houthis using a group chat—and accidentally included The Atlantic’s editor in chief, Jeffrey Goldberg. theatln.tc/IuULQFiY
The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

I'm seeing this unfold in real life. A monthly service that I subscribe to that I would argue charges a luxury price for a luxury product. Lots of minor changes over several years that irritate numerous people, not enough to do anything en masses but build up in the background and cause grumbling.
Had a tech bro tell me this morning that I need to go away and learn about the Trust Thermocline, to understand why emotive products like Twitter fail slowly then suddenly.

I pointed out I am fully aware of the Trust Thermocline. On account of being the chap who created it
