I look at what they've been told by society and by adoption agencies because that is a component of everything. Hard for them to have made a factually informed choice.

For those considering adoption now, there's a lot more information, some from adoptees themselves.

I've seen people rule out adoption because of information available now that wasn't when I was adopted (1983). I choose to keep that in mind for my own well being.

I am -significantly more mistrustful- by someone choosing adoption now because of the information that is available.

If you read the analysis that AI came up with you will see the point of the piece is irony - it's ironic that the system can sort things out and see things clearly that the adoption system hasn't been able to “see” or fix no matter how much we adoptees have tried 3 shine the light.

Police records show Unitedhealthcare is paying for off-duty police officers working overtime to beef up security at its Minnetonka campus.

To date, Unitedhealthcare has paid the City of Minnetonka almost $150,000 for police to work contracted overtime. A city spokesperson confirmed the company is being charged the standard off-duty rate of $110 per hour.
