Amid this hailstorm of bad news, we need a little win sometimes. Nothing better than making a nice meal for my wife. I made manicotti with garlic bread for lunch.

Since everything is getting more expensive, home baked peanut butter dog treats are a thing now here. Our greyhound loves them and they are a fraction of the price of store bought treats.

If you are a fan of mass deportations, consider this. A crew of immigrant workers building our new deck now in the cold with snow on the ground. Grateful for these hard working people. If you deport them all, don’t plan on any home improvement projects getting done.
