Dem, liberal, news junkie, love public policy and foreign policy. Love all people. Love cooking and baking. Love sports. Go Ravens! Love my wife most of all.
Why Diddy hasn’t bought a pardon by now is beyond me. They are for sale and he has the money to buy one.

My Italian bread turned out fantastic today. Nice and tall. Humidity makes all the difference.

Amid this hailstorm of bad news, we need a little win sometimes. Nothing better than making a nice meal for my wife. I made manicotti with garlic bread for lunch.

My Italian bread turned out great today!

The toughest part of returning to the office has been relearning how to put gas in my car.

So who are all these women giving birth to muskrats children, and then bitching about it. They knew he was an A** hole. What did they expect?

DOJ leadership has put all Public Integrity Section lawyers into a room with 1 hour to decide who will dismiss Adams indictment or else all will be fired. Sending them strength to stand by their oath, which is to support the Constitution, not the president’s political agenda. 🇺🇸

So a US aircraft carrier collides with a cargo ship in the Mediterranean and the news doesn’t have time to cover it do to all the other chaos.

Wow, it doesn’t get much worse than that.

90% of the audience has no idea who he is or could recognize any songs of his. Terrible choice.

This halftime show is awful

Can I say something controversial? As a Dem, I support all lgbtq rights. Done. But we keep getting sucked into that being all we talk about. We need to address middle America. Every answer can’t be about lgbtq rights. Let’s support everyone but focus on the big portion of America.

Trying to figure out the incel thing. That didn’t exist when I was young. There is someone for everybody. It seems to be a product of SM, comparing oneself to others. Get out and actually meet people in person. They will see you for who you are. Maybe I am wrong, but I don’t think so.

Since everything is getting more expensive, home baked peanut butter dog treats are a thing now here. Our greyhound loves them and they are a fraction of the price of store bought treats.

Get. A. Plan. Things may get ugly. Tariffs, loss of farm workers, etc. Prices may soar, and there may be shortages. Get a plan to deal with whatever may happen. Now is a bad time to take on any debt. Have a cushion in your budget if you can to absorb the cost increases.

Idea. Get rid of all federal funding for natural disasters. Blue states set up a fund to help each other. Red states don’t have any money and depend on money from blue states to fix their problems.

I have learned to not suffer fools for long. Any MAGA propaganda gets instantly blocked.
January 27, 2025 at 1:19 AM
Imagine if any Democrat, or JB, did a crypto scam/rug pull two days before their inauguration. DJT did just that. The only good part is that the only people who lost all their money were MAGA bros stupid enough to fall for it. Idiots.

That day when the wife starts carrying her passport everywhere to prove her citizenship. That day was today. Never imagined we would get here, but here we are.

If you don’t like immigrants, then get a plan to eat. Who picks all our fruits and vegetables? Immigrants do. Who works on meat packing plants and dairy farms? Immigrants do. Plant a garden and buy a cow if you plan to kick all the immigrants out.

If you are a fan of mass deportations, consider this. A crew of immigrant workers building our new deck now in the cold with snow on the ground. Grateful for these hard working people. If you deport them all, don’t plan on any home improvement projects getting done.

I’m a D voter, but it is getting exhausting dealing with D’s. This last election reminds me of 2000, when 90k voters in FL decided Al Gore wasn’t liberal enough so they voted for Ralph Nader and therefore elected GWB. They wanted everything and ended up getting nothing.
January 18, 2025 at 6:54 PM
R’s do a better job of focusing their message on people who actually vote..older white people. D’s focus their message on unreliable voters..young people and black men. Sometimes they vote, but more often they don’t. D’s should focus their message on people who actually vote.
January 18, 2025 at 5:23 PM
R’s are really good at creating a new fake outrage every week, and D’s always take the bait. One week it is CRT, then drag queens, then trans bathrooms, then the Panama Canal, etc. D’s need to stop taking the bait, get on message and stick with it. Starting 1/21, “why are eggs to expensive!”

Democrats think that voters are smart and well informed, so they give academic answers to policy questions. Republicans know that most voters are low info voters so they give bumper sticker answers to them, and it works.
