don't forget to fork them!

We just rub the potatoes with a bit of olive oil..sprinkle some salt ..and bake. No use for foil at all.

Try this: make a salty brine (half cup water, 2 tablespoons salt) and dip the potatoes in. Then bake 450 45 min, then brush with olive or vegetable oil and bake until finished. Open potatoes immediately to let out the steam and they’ll be extra fluffy.
