Note the Admin and national influencers are entirely willing to throw Trump-voting local law enforcement under the bus and claim those cops are literally antifa, if that's what it takes to advance their narrative (and punish the local LE for not backing up the false claims about 'war ravaged')
Most Portland cops live in Clackamas Co. or across the river in Vancouver, something like less than 10% actually are Portland residents. In LA terms like cops living in Simi Valley, or in NYC on Staten Island. I.e., big antifa hangouts
