It's not kayfabe, but I also wouldn't put much stock on it sticking. They both have too much to gain from working together.

They like the pretext for complete social control but don't want to deal with all that "love thy neighbor" stuff

Is crypto integrated into the economy to the same extent real estate was in 2007?

Too much of the media cares more about having the publics trust than deserving it.

This ad was huge in the paranoid tyrannical monarch demo

I don't think this counts a gerontocracy. The movie is about the calcification of institutions and the political dangers of a crisis, but no individual is ever mentally or physically unable to do their job because of their age. Most of them aren't even that old.

I mean he's not my favorite guy, but there's so many people who are so much worse

That but also if they secretly thought COVID was a good thing

But trying to out-republican the republicans has been such a great strategy for Democrats. Remember when John Kerry won the election in 2004 just by naming generals?
January 30, 2025 at 9:41 PM
Like, we're not even talking about this, but your main example of the us being the worst does an objectively terrible job of showing that.
January 16, 2025 at 3:52 PM
It's crazy to me that your example of exceptional, egregious US imperialism is China, a nation that was exploited by every colonial power, and in which most countries conduct was objectively worse than the US.
January 16, 2025 at 3:51 PM
Ok how do you know that? If I ask you to substantiate a claim you can't just post a picture of you making the same claim somewhere else.
January 16, 2025 at 2:23 AM
Honest question: how do you know the claims are false? It's not the kind of thing China would publicize if it was doing it.
January 16, 2025 at 1:02 AM
Yeah absolutely no way to abuse that rule
January 15, 2025 at 9:30 PM
Both Trump and Biden have instituted protectionist tariffs against China.

I'm saying the surveillance state isn't really their job. That's what the NSA is for.
January 15, 2025 at 11:07 AM
By the way, the FBI is a weird agency to reference when talking about a surveillance state. It makes me think you're not very familiar with this subject tbh.
January 15, 2025 at 11:03 AM
Yeah blindly outsourcing so much of our industrial base to a county with China's political situation was probably a mistake. So is allowing that country access to a social network with so much influence. I don't think those are mutually exclusive ideas.
January 15, 2025 at 11:01 AM
Ok so you were just making shit up? Why did you refer to Hilary as though it was a real event? I'm the incomprehensible one though.
January 15, 2025 at 10:55 AM
I'm not the one refusing to answer a simple question. What third party were you talking about?
January 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM
The citizenry elects the politicians. I'm pretty sure that counts as power.
January 15, 2025 at 9:58 AM
Nah don't get distracted, what exactly did that last comment mean? Which third party collected a majority and then got crushed by the DNC?
January 15, 2025 at 9:09 AM
What, exactly, is your definition of a two-party dictatorship?
