But these indicators can only be proactively detected and attacks prevented if people understand the behaviors and activities involved in planning an attack, how threat actors behave, and how to spot them as they progress through their attack planning cycles.⬇️

These processes can be detected, allowing the attack to be prevented. Prevention is the key: because it is 1,000 times better to proactively prevent an attack than it is to respond to one after it has been launched. You can't stop a bullet after it has been fired. ⬇️

According to Zelensky, the ultimatum also demanded Ukraine recognize Russian occupation authorities in Donbas, change its constitution to commit to "neutrality," shrink its army to 50,000 troops, give up much of its weapon arsenal, and recognize the Russian language as an official language.
