It has gotten pretty bad when I see a headline that says, "Thousands rally in Georgia as government continues crackdown on political opponents," and I don't know if they are talking about the Georgia in Russia or in the U.S.A.

Got my badge for GenCon today. Noticed that my lottery-assigned time to access the housing portal (which opens tomorrow) was 5:05 P.M. Not surprised.
Booked an out-of-block hotel over by the airport and got a parking pass near the convention. So I'm set.
