Optics tend to be bad for Ja’Marr but I also tend to agree with him, like maybe he should make up a good pr answer but he’s only a receiver and he’s playing better than maybe anyone else, so, for me, he gets to say this.
After the Bengals' loss to the Chargers, several players mentioned the need to “finish” games properly.
But when Ja’Marr Chase was asked how the team could finish better, he pointed at head coach Zac Taylor.
"I don’t call plays for us, you know? So I can’t really do nothing.”
