There are ways to address your concern about someone else's health that is caring and not presumptive, and celebrities don't owe anyone but their doctors their medical history.

(As an underweight person with MALS, a continental issue that makes eating food as physically painful as end stage pancreatic cancer, which is incredibly difficult to get surgery for, I really do not take kindly to people assuming they know exactly what's causing other people's physical ailments.)
