In the Binding of Isaac: Repentance+, while playing the online co-op, you can press the ALT key to open up an emote menu.
And, if you press the TAB key while on the emote menu, you'll access a secret menu with hidden developer emotes.

I'm so ready for this tomorrow..
This can't end well. FROMSOFT needs to remain able to create whatever they want, we've already seen what Sony has done to access to it's games to parts of the world due to the PSN debacle...sad
