I found the manual page via your PawPal feature and I am wondering whether there are supplementary manuals on how to remove the threaded bolts that holds the contact points? I want to convert it to a vibrating one - is that possible? If not, are there any other receiver collars that can? I am kind of in-between - I may or may not need the contact points depending on Mandy's future behavior or training difficulties so I was wondering if those threaded bolts are removable. Treasure Stover Ci Verified Buyer ***** 05/20/2022 I have both the et-300 mini shock and the pg-300 pager collars. Both are excellent training aids. I conditioned my GSD pup with the shock one starting about six months old, then as he understood the process I bought the vibration/tone collar. Only reason I did is to not have prongs. You can remove prongs on et-300 but screws stick out so.. no brainer to purchase the pg-300 with no prongs. Yes they are expensive, but worth it. Range and battery charge life are awesome. My pup was a very stubborn boy. These collars made a good citizen out of him. Now, I only use the pg-300 and then only if he's outside off leash free running. Tone for recall.. slight quick vibration if he doesn't listen, which amazingly he DOES listen very well now! He's a year and a half old now.. quite a great dog. Walks off leash like a champ. I highly recommend these collars. Website great, ships fast, customer service great
