In the absence of good leadership, workers tolerance levels seem to be dropping and they're taking their frustrations out on each other! Employees trying to be nicer isn't the answer! We need better workplace cultures!

Heard a Union leader say this and used it many times in leadership workshops. Thats their reality. As leaders we need to change the narrative by changing how we go about our business!
