Love it when a company's support asks "Do you have an administrator you could ask for support?" and my best answer is "But doctor, I am Pagliacci" and it sounds much funnier in my head than when I say it out loud.

I finally got around to starting a readthrough of The Triangle Agency this weekend, and I'm digging it. The bit that stuck was the "playwall" idea, where players only learn stuff by playing, and the game is designed to obfuscate that content.
