"Proposed". and "or". Is it in the US Constitution? I'll give you another day or so to learn how to read since critical thinking seems beyond your current capacity.

I might check Blusky tomorrow.

It demonstrates Catholics raising an "army" and overthrowing the Protestants.
October 21, 2025 at 6:05 AM
Stop. This is a satire. I've read it. It means the "market-man" could serve as a soldier.
October 21, 2025 at 6:03 AM
This, is a military usage, not a civilian one. Several others are equally irrelevant.
October 21, 2025 at 6:01 AM
I'm not hiding anything. It's what the Constitution says and that is not what you claim it says. There is no prohibition in the Constitution against the Federal government making laws that regulate guns.

Find a State Constitution that does not largely reiterate what is in the United States Constitution.
October 21, 2025 at 5:47 AM
Go right ahead, meanwhile Americans will just keep dying for you.
October 21, 2025 at 5:46 AM
You'll find that most states just went ahead and adopted the Bill of Rights in their own Constitutions.
October 21, 2025 at 5:36 AM
Wasn't written until 1818.

If "drunk with power" was a milk carton.
October 21, 2025 at 5:29 AM
Tens of thousands of Americans die year after year because of opinions like yours.
October 21, 2025 at 5:27 AM
Hey you're spewing irrelevant references here. I'll look stuff up when and if I feel like it. Because I do not work for you.
October 21, 2025 at 5:26 AM
BTW the opinion that the B of R didn't apply to the states, wasn't the work of the Founders. It wasn't until 1833. So your case falls apart right there. supreme.justia.com/cases/federa...

I already answered multiple times.
October 21, 2025 at 5:19 AM
YOU look up that document. I do not work for you.
October 21, 2025 at 5:18 AM
To "bear arms" is a distinct phrase. What we are seeing here is an author, trying to stretch the term into something it isn't.
October 21, 2025 at 5:17 AM
Also beware when you can't access the full document when an author has a bias.
October 21, 2025 at 5:15 AM
That's an entirely different term than the distinct phrase "bear arms". Irrelevant and obfuscating.
October 21, 2025 at 5:13 AM
So what do YOU think the Founders were saying here?
October 21, 2025 at 5:11 AM
I'm the one who should be insulted, you're the one who never bothered to read the two most essential documents in American History. It's that lack of knowledge that the gun lobby capitalizes on.
October 21, 2025 at 5:06 AM
I've been posting facts the whole time. You even tried to duck down a Henry VIII rabbit hole. Americans are dying by the tens of thousands based on the opinions you're parroting.
October 21, 2025 at 5:05 AM
The 2A doesn't do what you claim and you posted only opinions having nothing to do with the Founders. You never read the Declaration of Independence, or the Constitution before.
