I'm sorry to learn that the statue, Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes, was stolen last year. A replacement statue is being designed and it is expected to be erected next year. I look forward to leaving paper cranes at its feet.

Things were a little slow at the Rabbit Box tonight, so the evening's talent, Super Krewe Jazz, stepped up to the sidewalk outside the entrance and gave with some noise just as I was passing by, headed for the light rail home. They made some pretty damn nice noise, folks.

ALSO NEW THIS WEEK AT GOLDEN AGE COLLECTABLES!

There aren't a lot of comics I will claim MUST be a part of any comic book collection, but this is one. Written by Dennis O'Neil and Neal Adams, art by Neal Adams. The reproduction on this is excellent, and This is Dennie and Neal at their best!
