Of course they are violating court orders, that's SOP because we haven't been a nation of laws for decades, due largely to qualified and total immunity at various levels. When the government insists they can enforce the law by brazenly breaking the law, they are paving the way to fascism.

The entire judiciary was around 35% public confidence just after the election, as reported by PBS, which was likely high since surveys were conducted by landlines as I understand it.
If the Supreme Court is down to 40%, the rest of the judiciary must have dropped closer to 25% by now.

The left have been ringing this bell for the last 20+ years; we pointed out specifically how the PATRIOT act was enabling fascism. Everyone told us we were "overreacting" and "it can't happen here" because our democracy is so strong.
