I agree-- we've known Trump is a predator for a while. The difference with the Epstein files though is how the not insignificant percentage of Trump supporters (and even some house members like Greene) are also demanding those files be released. This time, it's bipartisan. Or more so.

OTOH, the way Trump and the admin is acting about the files now, it sure makes it seem like they are trying to hide something. Is Trump's name in there dozens of times? hundreds? thousands? It might not be a crime, but how many more weirdo and creepy pedo drawings and the like are in there?

Well, we just don't know, right? It ought to be a problem if it turns out there is nothing about anyone that can tie people in power to sex crimes b/c Trump assured us "big truths" would be revealed. IE, Trump lied about the Epstein files from the get-go to rile up the base.

Maybe, but there wasn't any other viable Dem in the race. Obviously not RFK. Dean Phillips is a good guy, but he wasn't ever going to be the nominee.

"Then again, in a rational world, neither Joe Biden nor Donald Trump—who has spent his first months back in office intentionally dismantling core institutions, flouting the law, and threatening the Constitution—would have been elected president in the first place."
