We loved hosting this fantastic ride.
Around 50 cyclists enjoyed perfect weather for our Midsummer Cycling for ALL last weekend. Our route was entirely traffic-free - incl. the new Gresley Way cycleway linking Fairlands Way and Six Hills Way. This new cycleway has been made possible thanks to active campaigning from our volunteers 💪🙏

Just 2 lessons today. The first one was a second lesson and the 6yo rode independently 👏

The second one made great progress towards independence 🚲☺️

The workshop was busy as was the office with bookings for half term.

A serviced cycle was collected, new brake blocks and chain on my bike (it now needs a new block 🙄), more tidying in the store room and a pile of old tyres donated to Mandeville School St Albans for an art project.

Two children almost riding independently after a lesson with Tina.

Another great day @ Fairlands Valley Park.

A boy took home a certificate proving he can cycle on his own.

Last weeks adult cycled fully independently for the first time. She was delighted as was our instructor. 1/2

It's a bit chilly, but we taught two children to ride today.

Our first adult of the year just about riding independently plus a child made cracking progress. Pun intended.

Our first Skeet.

We are the community cycling hub in Fairlands Valley Park, #Stevenage.

We exist to help, encourage & enable more people to cycle to get to work, school & leisure.

We have a small shop, offer training and our workshop can do servicing & repairs.
