In our food allergy family, donuts are usually a no-go.

I recently made the following vegan powdered sugar donuts (like beignets) in 30 minutes:

- get a can of biscuits (for us, ones without dairy or egg)
- place them on a pan and cut out donut holes
- deep fry at 350-375
- cover in powdered sugar

As a parent of someone with food allergies, I’m always on the lookout for dairy and egg free meals.

These vegan sourdough waffles (from our sourdough starter!) have become one of our family favorites.

I’m a Food Pantry Manager in Indianapolis.

We are open 3 days per week, 2 hours per day.

In a 120 minute shift, we typically serve between 130-215 households.

We have seen a significant shift in our numbers this year.
