Your health really is your wealth. Stretch every day, don't eat too much sugar and for god's sake, whatever you do, don't attempt a frog splash from a low wall after a night out onto a prone friend. You just don't have the knees for it. Elbow drop instead. No, but seriously, take care of your body.
