With the suspension of the Civil Rights Division at the DOJ, there is no federal protection from local law enforcement profiling citizens. There is no where to turn.

Instead of a Constitutional amendment to declare that the President doesn't have immunity from prosecution, let's have an amendment declaring all elected and appointed office holders are subject to the law.
