Thanks.🙂

It is still a concern for me too and I'm incredibly cautious now!

Never trust a driver, even on a pedestrian controlled crossing. I've learned that some don't stop even for red lights! 🙂

Couldn't agree more. It's way too easy to get caught up analysing the stats and forget how lucky you are to be able to have the good fortune to be able to run in the open air. 🙂

I've got the regular 60 mins runs sorted, just need to work on the 120 minute ones 😁 (but it sounds like something to aspire to!)

Nope. Hated it. Played a bit of rugby (very badly) for a while, but I avoided school sports whenever possible. Did a bit of running at university (for fun) but didn't really start running regularly till my 40s. 🙂

On a run, crossing at an approved (Pelican) crossing, "green man" illuminated, 2 lanes of traffic stopped to allow me to cross safely. Car in the middle (3rd) lane failed to stop and hit me. Lucky it was just broken bones and a few months on crutches. Never assume a car will stop. Even on a crossing

Thanks. That's really useful. I think that's the way I'm leaning at the moment. The amoled looks pretty, but I think maybe the MIP may be the logical choice.
