Since when has a DROP of 0.6°C equated to a DROP of 33°F? Yes a temperature of 0.6°C is a temperature of 33°F but the article is talking about a change in temperature. Wonder if this will get fixed at some point 🤣

#CloverPointParkrun in Victoria on Vancouver Island. Really friendly group and my Leeds Utd shirt got people chatting 🙂. Enjoyable course and I think I ended up 3rd in my age category.

Hot weather for the #BracknellHM this morning. Faded a bit towards the end but managed sub 2 hour and was 6th in my age category (out of...23 🤣)

Morning #run before my Tuesday Conservation and Care shift at #GreysCourt.

Decided on a longer #run today and ended up doing a #halfmarathon distance. It was a bit laboured towards the end but the pace was reasonably consistent.🙂👍

Spent a couple of hours this afternoon playing a game called #Wingspan with the family. It's an excellent game and even if you don't win there's a lot of pretty pictures of birds 🙂

My VO² score improved so I'd definitely say that was productive 🤣
Hopefully I'll get out again in slightly less than 26 hours for a run with Kar.

My Garmin Venu suffered badly from burn-in. That puts me off amoled. But I'm colour blind and MIPs is less bright. Which to choose? 🤔 Thoughts?

Today's #run took me past the Bull at Sonning. Apparently it is owned by St Andrew's Church who rent it to Fullers. It was the hospitium for pilgrims visiting the relics of the St Sarik at the church. No idea what St. Sarik was canonised for or if it's his bike. 😀 #ukrunchat #running #runner #Garmin

This beautiful #RedKite was sitting in a tree at the bottom of my garden. That's an impressive garden bird! Makes a change from bluetits, goldfinches and woodpeckers. 😀

Lots of these lesser celandine flowers brightening up the route. Apparently they are poisonous and can be fatal for horses, cows and sheep. Presumably they'd have to eat quite a lot of them...😁
