GTA 6 getting pushed does not mean there will all of a sudden be a whole bunch of dollars available for other games in 2025.
It just means that a bunch of the dollars that would have been spent on gaming this year have disappeared.

6th Gen Console Specs for Dreamcast, PS2, GameCube, and Xbox.
Doesn't seem like much now, but the Original Xbox was an absolute MONSTER for its time. Only the GameCube came remotely close in terms of power.
