Okay that episode was really good. I've never gotten as far as season two, and it's nice to see some original content.

Now watching this little goober of a movie. It's really fun, and I love how there's an actual adventure in the movie!

One really cool thing about teenage mutant Ninja Turtles, is the fact that there is a version for several different generations!

As far as live-action shows (which I also watch), I've got started:

Sliders (pilot, never seen it)
CHiPs
TMNT ('90 BD)
Bionic Woman (never seen that either)
Twilight Zone
Bob Newhart Show
Mission: Impossible ('89)
Growing Pains
Greatest American Hero
Family Ties

I seriously never finish anything.

I should be asleep, but instead here's my "continue watching" list in order:

Thundarr
Prince Valiant
X-Men Evolution
Dungeons & Dragons
Sonic Boom
Super Chicken
Super Friends (BD)
M.A.S.K.
Knuckles
TMNT ('87)
Rocky & Bullwinkle
Real Ghostbusters
Batman Beyond
Batman TAS

I like starting things ...

This one has two new characters I've never seen before. Professor Soho and Vernon's nephew, Foster Fenwick.

It makes me wonder how old I was when I stopped watching the series on TV. Looks like it was before season 6.

Also, Mikey's mask looks yellow a lot in here for some reason.

I'm just gonna quit while I'm ahead.

This one was awesome. Tails vs Eggman on trying to trap Sonic!

Super Chicken: Must be a weak batch, it doesn't have the the old *zing*. Oh well, as long as it lets me fly!

Fred: That's funny ... he's flying straight down!

At first, the animation being different threw me off. Then it took me a second to get used to it that it's the same voice actors but in a different setting or whatever. I'm over it now, though, it's not disorienting anymore.

I dunno if they will get another season or not. I hope they do.

I knew I would regret it at some point if I didn't buy it and gave it a fair chance, so I got my copy. Episode 4 was with Donnie, and it was awesome. Plus I finally understood the backstory, and what was happening to the others turtles. And then today, Episode 5 fills in the rest. It's great!

I love TMNT, but this show took a while for me to get into it. Episode 1 was confusing - is stuff really happening or is it a comic book? Episode 2 was kind of odd. 3 was interesting. I saw these on and off over the period of weeks on Paramount+ and gave up.

Then it came out on Blu-ray...

Tonight's episode. I liked the Usagi episode that got selected randomly by Jellyfin, so I decided to watch the origin story. It's pretty good!

Plus I realized I've been saying his name wrong all my life. I thought it was Yusagi. Whoops.

I know I don't post on here much, so I've been trying to think of some ideas. The art appreciation posts are fun, but they are a lot of work, too.

Might just post what I'm watching right now. I watch cartoons every day before going to bed, it helps me fall asleep.

TMNT '87 has become my white noise while working on my computer at home.. my TV is right next to my desk so I'll have it playing and can glance over easily or just turn my chair and focus on it.

I play the episodes in random order because it's cool to see how the series evolved over time.

I also finally got around to getting the original on Blu-ray. I forgot how much I like the story! I saw this in the theater when I was a kid, by myself. No idea how I managed to pull that off, but it was awesome.

For some reason it never occurred to me that TMNT 2014 would be on 4K UHD. So I fixed that problem, got my disc this week and watched it. It's sooooooo good. 🐢

(and no I didn't watch it on my phone)

Wow, I can't believe I've done only *one* post about Sonic Boom. It's so good. I just finished season one (52 episodes), and there was only one episode I thought was meh.
