Last couple months post marathon were tough and a but inconsistent, but something to learn from.

12x400 today @ 5K pace. Goal was 95 per interval. And comfortable
Simply could not hit my splits, but in the good way. Averaged 92/interval. Never felt super uncomfortable(or comfortable)

Some things I'm focusing on are slightly faster pacing on easy days and overall mileage working up toward 50mpw, rather than 40 in my base cycles so far this year. #running
