Mostly from Pittsburgh.
Cutting Pittsburgh sports talk out of my life is one of the best things I’ve even done.

I think you’re correct that the old arb record’s gonna limit him and there isn’t really a precedent of a guy who only pitches getting $40 million per, but I just think a couple of teams would absolutely fork that over for him. I agree he likely falls in the 12.5 to 14.5 range.

Huge range but I think he’ll end up between $12-16 million in year one.

The Secretary of Road Rules wants more people traveling by RV.

Love the park just south of downtown. Can’t remember the name but it’s got great views of downtown. It’s the war memorial is though.

In fairness, I’ve only ever passed through a few times and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed more than a full 24 hours. It seems like it’s becoming a little touristy, but Q39 in Midtown is great. Top 10 meal of the year and their brisket poutine is back on the menu.

They don’t even need to mention it to make their point. Literally went a mile out of their way to shit talk

This seemed weird from the jump, but seeing the entire picture, they absolutely got this right, at least on paper. Hopefully this a sign of things to come.

He did a great job in a short period of time.

They missed a real opportunity electing to use FC over United

Also Tony Blanco Jr striking out 3 times in 22 PAs against the toughest level he’s faced as a pro is encouraging even in a small sample. Doubt there were many 20 PA stretches under 20% K rate in Bradenton.

I have none and I’m good.

My biggest beef with college soccer is that subs can re-enter the game. That said, I fully endorse all of these changes. Promotion / relegation could really drive a lot of excitement and support around college soccer.

He’s really interesting prospect who I think will magically appear in top 100 lists 5 days after he gets called up next season

It’s a roster composition problem, too. Cruz and Reynolds are your only power bats from the left side in a park that favors LHHs and suppresses righties. There is not a single everyday lefty on the entire team. Teams not built for the park they play in but were some how 7 games over in PGH. 🤷

I’m not angry, just disappointed.

Ive said it before and Ill say it again. Incompetence among the Pirates top brass is a bigger hindrance to fielding a competitive team than the budget.
