Came across this little passage last night. Pratchett has a paragraph for every occasion!

Hi Robin. Loved IMC and recently introduced my 9 year old to it, he now loves it too. It’ll remain a people’s favourite and there are many more still to discover it. New doors will open! And in the mean time the BBC should remember this little statue and inscription outside their front door

As ever he already has you covered on crypto and crypto bros. From Reaper Man. Reading with my 9 year old atm. You know CMOT would now be the ‘richest’ man in Ankh Morpork. #gnu

Reading Reaperman with my 9 yr old. We’ve just come across this absolute nugget. Pratchett truly has a line for every occasion. My little one ❤️ these books and will laugh hysterically at DEATH (I could murder a curry) but he’s learning real world lessons #gnu #terrypratchett #crypto #memecoin

Today is September 11th. But flags are being lowered for a right wing influencer…

Murder in any form to anyone is reprehensible and detestable.

I didn’t agree with any of his views, and found a lot of what he said and did offensive.

The perpetrator should be caught and brought to justice.

Amazing day hiking in the #chilterns bloody cold. It was warmer on top of the hills in the sun than in the valleys in the mist. The kids loved it!

Today’s inspiring place.Greensted Church. Oldest wooden church in the world (1060ish?) & possibly oldest wooden building. Multiple periods can be seen & shows how buildings can be continuously adapted. 3rd image thought to be original stave timber walls #architecture #conservation #history #essex

Tonight’s #inspiringplace. The John Soames museum, London. The home of 18th century architect and art collector preserved following his death. Masterclass in how to light a building and exhibit art, even on a dark gloomy & rainy December day. Could have spent hrs here. #london #architecture #history

Tonight’s #inspiringplace Accordia in Cambridge. Winner of the RIBA 2008 Stirling Prize. Visited last Autumn and holding up very well. Feels like it’s just ‘bedding in’. Wonderful housing and a model for future housing and community developments. #architecture #cambridge #housing #homes

Continuing with the inspiring places theme. Angel of the North. Gateshead UK. Always makes me smile as I pass its welcoming wings on the way north to see family. An Anthony Gormley structure in corten steel. 20m tall with a wingspan of 54m. #sculpture #art #publicart #architecture #inspiringplaces

Luxembourg Gardens #paris #boats. One of my favourite places in Paris. The Luxembourg Palace is home to the Senate. French laws are made in view of with children playing with boats in the fountains. #architecture
