Look, I think it’s generally a good thing this book’s coming out and I think that, in substance, Tapper is a more or less fair reporter, but it’s kind of odd to tether the possibility of exploring this book — which is now apparently so feather-rufflingly essential — to the variable of Harris losing.

I am taken aback by the absolute rubbish Facebook promotes into my feed on a daily basis. I don’t mean hateful. I don’t mean gross. I mean utter, mind numbing, empty calorie garbage in the purest form. Our brains have been slowly, systematically, relentlessly smoothened by it for over a decade.
