We made this a couple of nights ago to audition the recipe for thanksgiving. We subbed 1:1 GF flour for our celiac family members. It's a winner. Thanks!

That’s good. It means it’s anamorphic widescreen and uses whole picture area. It’s the preferred format in that era for 16:9 tvs Here’s some more info if you care: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anamorp...

I thought it had aged pretty well on my recent viewing, some unfortunate Shane Black "comedy" notwithstanding. Mostly it made me wonder why Carl Weathers wasn't able to break out as a true action star of the era. So much screen presence! He deserved better than to be second fiddle to Arnie and Sly.

I've been fortunate to visit your beautiful country twice. I was so happy when Lula was elected.

All I can say is that if you have any love for the genre you owe it to yourself to see it.

I just got back from a sold out showing in Seattle. The audience was cheering and clapping through the picture. Iconic score. Thank you for elevating the movie with your music!

Off the top of my head I'm guessing it's to discourage the property from becoming an "influencer house" but yeah it's gross language for artists.

It's really rough out there. There are numerous overlapping pressures - economic, social, and technical - that are forcing creatives out of their fields.

I've been around long enough to see a bunch of boom/bust cycles but this feels different.

I loved the Mark Verheiden direct ALIENS sequel - canonically erased by ALIEN3 when it came out but totally satisfying. All the Dark Horse ALIEN universe comics after that we're just treading water.
