This! And what depresses me the most is the realization that there are enough of these people that he actually won election as our President a second time. It really brings me down.

They are relentless. Every time I open Bluesky there are a few more. No, or just a few posts. I feel bad for the real people whose images these “bots” stole to impersonate.

That’s a great list Julia thanks for sharing. The quiet mind and good night sleep items are more of an aspiration for me. If one can regularly check them all off things are going pretty, pretty good.
