First Frame: A figure that may resemble myself, lying on the ground in intense pain, screaming AAAAAAA, MY BACK!! while a voice out of frame asks Honey? What Happened?? Second Frame: 5 minutes and 3 seconds earlier: The same figure is watching a tutorial on YouTube on how to perform a kip up. The duration of the video is exactly 5 minutes. His face is full of awe and wonder as he is convinced that a sedentary man of nearly 40 should be able to accomplish this feat easily.
