I was thinking the same thing…then I figured banks might want that extra margin in mortgage rates to account for the potential economic slowdown that will cost people jobs. Gap between 10Y yield and 30Y mortgage already wider than recent history. I suspect it widens further in short term.

100% this. Absolutely awful from refs. It’ll never happen but if I was a coach, I’d be willing to take the fine for criticizing refs for that terrible work especially because Sandin not looking good.
