Yikes, fire season has started already. Big fire on RR tracks not super far from campus. Fire trucks were just coming through, so I pulled off the road for a bit. Hope everyone's safe.

Made the rookie mistake of going on vacation before submitting grades. "There's plenty of time," I said to myself. Hawaii was lovely, though! Frangipani, Coffee, Lava, and Rainbows pretty much describes all of last week.
