Move with the fear still present.
And trust that there’s more on the other side than your nervous system can currently imagine.

...the place where you either shrink back into what’s familiar
or rise into who you were always meant to be.

You don’t need to be fearless to lead, to create, to evolve.

With movement. With willingness.
That knot in your stomach, the racing thoughts, the “what if I’m not ready?”

They’re not signs that you’re off track.

They’re signs you’re brushing up against your edge…

Thanks to a suggestion from a friend, I’ve also been rewriting and speaking Napoleon Hill’s Self-Confidence formula.

Swipe to my second image to check it out. Maybe it’s something you’d like to add to your morning routine.

What do you do to support your success?

I’m not a get-up-before-the-sun-rises person, but the habits I have intentionally put in place to start my day have had a significant positive impact on my life.

One thing I do every morning is some journaling and brain training.

What if, just being the best version of you was all that was needed to make the world a better place for those you came in contact with? How can you carry yourself today that will inspire others?

It starts with you.

Be the person who inspires others to step up their game.

Be the one who reminds others of what’s possible—without saying a word.

That’s real leadership. And it starts with how you walk into the room.

Who do I become when I stop performing and start embodying?

What kind of impact ripples out when I lead from that place?

Be the one who moves differently.

We underestimate the power of inner congruence. But when you show up in integrity with who you truly are, you don’t have to say much to influence others.

People feel it.
They calibrate to it.
They remember who they are in your presence.

So today, ask yourself:

I signed the “divorce papers” & felt a shift.

Try it, it might be a first step for you to shift 1 of your bad habits.

If you’re a service-focused leader who would like a safe place to explore how to let go of your unhelpful habits, let’s talk. I might have a program that’s a good fit for you.

I conducted a divorce with my bad habits.

I created divorce papers with workaholism, perfectionism, people pleasing at my detriment siting irreconcilable differences.

Yes, it was extra, but it worked.

I didn’t see my own blocks to success. (This is common and why working with someone who can fully see you is important.)

Through a lot of inner work I was able to recognize those habits and I came up with a weird way to teach my brain that we were going to do something different.

Bad habits from when I was in corporate: workaholism, perfectionism, and people pleasing at my detriment.

What’s intensely goofy about this is that I was successfully helping my clients create freedom in their lives, but I didn’t see my own toxic habits.
