- Abandon plans to absorb VicHealth into the Department of Health.
- Keep VicHealth as a stand‑alone, independent, fully funded health promotion agency to provide advice, support community-based work, and lead policy development and research.

This isn’t going to be fixed just by fact checking or sharing other trusted sources. Eugenics can only be stopped by society-wide push back and activism.

Given the clear predictive nature of this data, pro-active public health departments could use it to react well before each wave peak, and mitigate the impact of the wave on community health and health system resources (staff health and capacity).
