#WW gave me a predictable routine & sense of control during some incredibly challenging times, and a hugely supportive community. And yet, there's not much to show for the effort I put in: yes, I've encouraged others & I'm not so self-critical... but the hours, dollars, brainspace - it's been A LOT.
