idk how else to phrase this without sounding so dumb, but engaging with your own humanity keeps you HUMAN. Whatever your art or hobbies are, or if it's just feeling good after brushing your teeth, don't forget the feeling. That feeling, your humanity, is your connection with everyone!
In a world that's built on purpose to wear you down until you're nothing, simply making art and being yourself and even just loving... they're truly acts of rebellion.
