I also love how EVERYTHING about her reveal is in your face from frame one, but in my case, I still didn't realize it until the reveal itself because I wasn't even thinking of the possibility that other monsters/yokai could be doing the same thing for longer periods of time

it's such a good reveal and their dynamic is still so cute after the fact

I didn't have enough space to write about Miko but she's hands down my favorite and it's not even close. Punctuating her reveal with an entire unique ED of her being a goofball along with art *drawn by her seiyuu* is a hell of a way to make a character stick in my head from the outset.

The reason why I fall off of certain media that deals with heavy themes is because they don't realize that happiness and levity is a spice; it makes the darker parts hit harder. If you overload your work with grimdark and grimdark alone, it becomes plain and repetitive and a slog. Make it *human.*

It's so funny because I was like "oh so Champion's Meet is like Unite and Fight from GBF, that's neat for having an objective to work towards" and then I remembered they're accelerating the schedule and was like "oh *no*"

Impact 3rd ends up genuinely being Hoyo's best writing and it's not even close imo, and they even give you trial characters after a certain point so it plays like a single player game; it's just a shame that the gameplay makes it so that I call it "my favorite 4/10 game ever" lmfao

Exactly, while GBF may be a game I put some money into I don't aggressively go for specific things or whatever. Hell, I'm almost rank 375 and I've never even tried Hexa. Similarly, due to how Hoyo's systems work I just dump single rolls into banners because I know I'll get a 5* Eventually, idc which

I stopped playing Genshin after the Samsara storyline, I actually felt insulted with the ending being "lol Nahida healed the woman offscreen and she's fine haha!" because it legitimately seemed like the Traveler was getting character development and dealing with grief/inadequacy until that happened

Like right now, I'm leveling Fighter Origin in GBF from 40-50, which is HELLA tedious, but I still *want* to do it because it's scratching an itch for teambuilding and progression that I like. BUT, I put it off for so long *because* part of the unlock process was too tedious for my brain at the time
